Home Purchase
First home, next home or investment, matched to the lender that will actually approve it.

Marko compares your deposit, income and the property type against the panel to find who will actually approve it, not just who advertises the lowest rate.
That matters most at the edges: a first home buyer with a smaller deposit, a self-employed upgrader, or an investor stacking a second or third property all get assessed differently by different lenders. Matching the file to the right one is most of the job.
You'll get a written pre-approval before you start making offers, so you're negotiating from a position you know is real, not a rough number from an online calculator. From there Marko manages the finance side directly with agents and conveyancers, so settlement dates don't slip because of paperwork on your end.
"They were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of purchasing my property, especially when things got a little complicated leading up to settlement."

Good fit if
- You want a pre-approval before you start looking
- Your income or deposit is a little outside the standard box

Worth knowing
- A pre-approval isn't unconditional. The property itself still gets valued
- Lender turnaround times vary; Marko factors that into your offer timeline
Questions about buying a home
How much deposit do I need to buy a home?
Many lenders want a 20% deposit to avoid Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI), but buying with less is common (often 5-10%) by paying LMI, using a family guarantee, or through a government scheme if you're eligible. What suits you depends on your income, savings history and the property.
Should I get pre-approval before I start looking?
Usually, yes. Pre-approval gives you a realistic budget and lets you make offers with more confidence. It's conditional rather than guaranteed, and typically lasts around three to six months depending on the lender.
Can you help first home buyers with grants and schemes?
Yes. Marko checks which first home buyer schemes, grants and stamp duty concessions you may be eligible for, and which lenders on the panel take part. Eligibility rules change, so they're confirmed at the time you apply.
What does a mortgage broker do when I'm buying?
Compares loans across a panel of 25+ lenders, works out which ones will approve your situation, prepares and lodges the application, and stays with you through approval, exchange and settlement.
General information only. Lender policies vary and change. Marko confirms what applies to you on the first call.
